To order from the Swim Shop, if necessary complete the order form below for bespoke club merchandise, save the form to your computer and then attach as a document to an email and send to Kelly Smart (National squad) or just email her direct for other items at:- email Alternatively print off the form and hand in to kelly or a member of the Club's coaching staff to pass on.
