After arriving on Portland via the Portland Beach Road, take the second exit on the Victoria Square roundabout, so as to head up the hill. Next, turn left when you reach a sharp bend in the road, and head down towards Castletown. Follow this road to the roundabout at the bottom, and turn left through the gates into Boscawen center car park.
